Download ur ts3 client from
here.
After you downloaded the ts3 client coresponding to your OS(operating system) install it(guess you know how to install it) then open and put the following info in the blanks:

Port: 9989
Nickname: The nickname you want to put it.Preferable the one you use it in game so it will be easier for the rest to recognize you.
Password: No password.
